Port City Sports Kids Camp is perfect for the athletic kid who needs to release some energy! Kids spend the day competing in various sports, learning exercises, and playing games like kickball and relay races. They also offer the option to participate in gym classes throughout their time at camp. Kids’ boot camp, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and Yoga are just a few of the optional (and included!) classes your child can partake in. PSCP Kids also provides snacks for both the morning and afternoon. Choose between the half-day camp or full-day option. Camp runs through August 26.

Camp Impact takes pride in what they do, saying that their camp counselors are the “secret ingredient” to helping make your kid’s summer that much more special! Throughout the day, campers get to play a variety of sports and games while forming relationships with their co-campers. According to their website, Camp Impact, “is a place where parents can feel safe leaving their little ones and kids are excited about the fun and learning they’ll experience. We are passionate about building relationships with families and having opportunities to minister to them while experiencing together the love of Christ through the wonderful tools of fun and sports.” Camp is full-day and runs through July 29.

The camp has two age groups 10-12 & 14-17, and each week, camp-goers delve into the intricacies of marine life in North Carolina and beyond! Carolina Ocean Odyssey, one of its programs, has a 4:1 camper to counselor ratio, allowing your child to get a lot of individualized attention. “The primary focus of this program is to introduce campers to a variety of ocean activities while exploring the wonders of our amazing North Carolina coastal environment,” according to their website.
