Sandi was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina growing up in Wrightsville Beach, in an Italian family run restaurant (Mediterraneano’s) she always had a passionate curiosity for real estate, Especially Coastal architectural property’s. At age 18 she had a life detour, her father was in a horrific auto accident while visiting family in Italy. Carlo survived the accident but was unable to continue his day to day activities for the restaurant. Sandi then spent over 25 years in powerline construction (Howell Construction and Coastal power)working from Receptionist through safety and Human Resources. In 2003 She began managing her very own hotel/Inn on Kure Beach as well as getting married and starting her own family. Recently employed by Dr. Walker, a local family dentistry while attending Real Estate classes she’s found her love of learning new things and meeting new interesting people as well as local acquaintances all while raising two young daughters. When she’s not out on the water, boating with family and friends, she’s traveling with her family always eager to try a new restaurant from burger joints to Michelin star.
