Hi! My name is Kayla Gifford. I am originally from Cohasset, Massachusetts but my family moved to Cary, North Carolina 7 years ago. I am pursuing a bachelors degrees at UNCW in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Marketing Strategy. 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about both real estate and marketing. I find the combination of these fields fascinating, and I’m eager to continue learning and growing in this space. During my college career I have had internships within commercial real estate and am currently a Marketing Assistant for the Admissions Office at UNCW. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside Jenna and her team, where I hope to gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to their work. I am looking forward to gaining experience in the world of residential real estate and marketing. 

Outside of school and work I enjoy being active. I love running, going for walks, pilates, and pickle ball. I love traveling, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
