December To-Do List

This is my list of home maintenance, work and personal to-do’s I hope to accomplish this month! I hope this helps create a no brainer month for you with less thinking and more action and ultimately more time for fun!

Create guest essentials baskets [toiletries, charging cables, Wifi Info, ear plugs, sound machine, advil]
Clean off phone camera roll from this past year and to make sure there is lots of room for holiday photos
Winterize outdoor hose bibs and irrigation well pumps to prevent from freezing + breaking
Replace burnt out exterior bulbs for safety
Deep clean oven before holiday baking + stock up on baking goods
Clean up or set up temporary work station since guests may be using your normal area
Clean out gutters and roof for left over leaves and pine straw to prevent moisture buildup
Locate and maintain fire extinguishers + fire blankets + inform guests of their locations
Stock up on essentials [toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, tissues, advil, cough drops]
Create mini home emergency kit for power outages [batteries, flashlights, non perishables, bottled water]
Deep clean + refresh guest linens, towels, bathrooms and restock essentials
Create a morning coffee + easy breakfast station for guests who may get up earlier than you
